Extending the food safety program from farm to fork, we created our own Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for hulling operations as none existed.  FSR is not here to just simply develop a customized program for your operation, but to provide a turnkey package including any items or optional outside sources one requires to implement and maintain an effective huller food safety program. Food Safety Resource has created a certification program to meet good harvest practices (GHP) and field hygiene to assist the farm labor contractors. Employee training is also available to get your staff familiar with the program for assurance of compliance. Training topics include the following:

Workers' Safety

The Cal/OSHA enforcement unit has jurisdiction over every employment and place of employment in California which is necessary to adequately enforce and administer all occupational safety and health standards and regulations. Through the help of our partners, we can provide assistance with required programs, trainings, and documentation needed to reduce the chance of  occupational hazards, fatalities, injuries or illnesses.
