Our stated purpose is "Simplifying Certification", whether the certification required is regulatory or market driven. As a resource of food safety within the agricultural industry, we are here to lessen the confusion and ease the transition towards food safety compliance. John Matthews III
John is co-owner of Food Safety Resource. John graduated from California State University of Sacramento with a Bachelor degree in Marketing. His family both farms and has owned a packing facility in Linden, CA in which he brings extensive knowledge of running a packing facility.
Rafael is co-owner of Food Safety Resource. He has eleven years of food safety experience in both packing, cold storage and growing environments with strong program development skills. Veronica is a graduate of California State University of Sacramento with a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice. She has worked with a packing facility in the food safety department developing skills including ATP swabbing, environmental monitoring, and program organization.
